Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 07:25AM On Monday, I went from this:

According to Max:
She's beautiful, Mommy!
Of course, he'll change his tune the first time he wants to watch a movie or listen to the nice Navigation lady tell us where to turn. We won't need those when we ship her to Aruba.
Also?
Notice that we are referring to the car as "her" and "she"? She's definitely feminine. She's kinda sexy. Especially compared to driving my minivans and suburban for so many years. They screamed MOMMY. She's even a standard. So, this little lady is taking me back to my youth.
For the record, I didn't pick out the red. It was the only color on the lot with the features we wanted/needed. I don't hate it though. Toyota calls it "Barcelona" red. I joked that it should be "MILF" red. I'm much too young for it to be "MLC" (mid-life crisis) red.
Since she is a Toyota Corolla S, we're trying to come up with a name that starts with "S" or has lots of s's. Thoughts?
Also, am I the only one who names her cars?!

She's HAWT!
I love Corolla's :)
And an "S" name? Um....I can think of one that I'm a bit partial to ;)
It certainly is beautiful!!
How about Sadie? (as in the Beatles’ “Sexy Sadie”)
It is very normal to name our babies, Mrs Fly calls hers “Mona”, mine’s “Runs Hot”.
But just remember, the ”MLC” age is entirely relative to the ‘End’ point.
Congratulations & Enjoy!

I think I would call your new baby "shimmer".
The light dances off her like sun on the waters of your Savanetta beach. (oh look another S word).
How about 'Serenity' or 'Serena'? For it's something we all hope to achieve.
Maybe not 'Seka' ....
Mmmm, I think Savenetta had real potential. Is the name too long to be sexy?
S-name. Hmmmmm. And S-name...."Seeyalatercoldweather!"
Yeah. I know. Too much.
Glad step 1 is complete!
