New Facebook App: ToonUps Giving Thanks from A Better World

Are you on Facebook?  Do you play Farmville, Poker or any other Facebook Apps while you are on there?

I was given the opportunity to try out a new Facebook App by ToonUps called Giving Thanks.  It's a sneak preview of their soon-to-be-released game called A Better World.

Each Do-Good deed will earn Gold to use in the full game coming out in December.

Confession: I never got into Farmville.  It seems like a big time suck with no real point.  Sure, you build a farm... but then what?

I like this Giving Thanks and A Better World idea.  It's so easy to forget to give thanks and show gratitude and... what better way to spread positive energy than on a social network that you are already using with the important people in your life.

I used Giving Thanks to send a message to my husband and gave gratitude in the Gratitude Grotto.  I am looking forward to playing with the full version when it comes out.

The roll out of this app is timely. What a great way to entertain the kids the morning of Thanksgiving while I'm busy in the kitchen!
