Inconceivable

True story.  Just a recent day in the life here in Mommycosm.

My husband was making breakfast and there were 2 hot teas on the counter next to him.

Me: Hey, hon.  Which tea is mine?

Jake: The one on the left is yours.

Me: Well, if you want me to take the one of the left, then THAT is the one with the poison.  So I'm going to take the one on the right.

Jake: [shrugs] As you wish.

Me: But you knew I would think that it was in the left, so the poison must be in the one on the RIGHT.

Jake: [shakes his head and rolls his eyes]

I walked away with the one on the left.
