Trying to get dinner cooked while doing homework with the oldest, keeping the preschooler from tearing up the house, and bouncing the infant in the baby carrier.
My biggest dinner time challenge is what to make. I am a creative professional, but my creativity stops at the kitchen! I am clueless when it come to cooking. We all usually end up with individual meals at different times. It is a train wreck!

My biggest dinner time challenge is planning ahead! I get home at least 2 nights per week around 7:00 and I never seem to get my act together to plan ahead for a good meal which leads to way more fast food than we need!
